叶全肉骨茶相信很多人都有听说过,这家以干肉骨茶闻名的餐馆在各大美食排行榜都是榜上有名的。干肉骨茶是近几年来从传统的肉骨茶汤延伸出来的新菜色,但是受欢迎程度比起肉骨茶汤可说是有过之而无不及。
说来惭愧,身为吃货的我竟然这么久了都还没试过干的肉骨茶。常常听到身边的朋友赞叹这干肉骨茶有多好吃,我心里是完全一点头绪都没有。终于等到这一天周末,我向家人提议到蒲种叶全,好让我一尝这传说中的干肉骨茶。
周末的中午,店里坐了一半的客人,虽然店里不设冷气,但是在这种情况之下享用肉骨茶,更让我感受到那一份古早味。
这就是我期待已久,也就是今天的重头戏 - 干肉骨茶!第一次吃干的肉骨茶,其实不太有肉骨茶的味道,对我来说这更接近妈蜜的味道,绝妙之处就是加了辣椒干和吊片,让肉块带有微辣和干香,非常下饭。店家用了很多猪脚,对于这类型高脂肪的部位不热衷的我,这一锅干肉骨茶里面,我能吃的部位其实剩下并不多。
除了干的肉骨茶,我们也点了传统的肉骨茶汤。茶汤的味道还算浓,和干肉骨茶一样,里面都是放了很多猪脚,所有肉块都肥滋滋的,苦了我必须要辛辛苦苦才找到我能吃的瘦肉。整体上来说不过不失,但是比起干的版本,肉骨茶汤在这里就显得不太特别了。
发现这里还有售卖麻坡的传统小吃 - 乌达。一大块蒸过的鱼肉浆里面还吃得出有块状的鱼肉,绵密的口感和那咖哩粉的香味,还不错~
我们还瞄到许多客人都点了他们的招牌鱼,看起来应该不错,下次再来的时候一定要试试看了。
