吃腻了肉和油油的饭菜,偶尔来点蔬菜为主的主食也很不错哦。这道杂蔬番茄笔管面,不油腻而且那浓浓的番茄酱和香香的意式香料可让人胃口大开!
材料: 笔管面(penne)2碗(2-3人份),西芹3-4根,红萝卜1根,洋葱1大粒,猪肉碎200g, 番茄浓酱(tomato puree) 25g, 水400g,番茄酱(ketchup)少许,盐少许,橄榄油少许
香料: bay leaf 2-3片, dried oregano, dried basil, 黑胡椒各少许, 无糖可可粉1茶匙
酱汁做法:
1。萝卜去皮和西芹,洋葱洗净切丁备用。
2。热油锅翻炒洋葱丁至透明,加入猪肉碎炒至熟。
3。加入西芹丁跟萝卜丁翻炒,倒入水煮至滚。
4。倒入番茄浓酱,番茄酱和香料继续加热滚至酱浓,加盐调味即可。
笔管面做法:
1。滾水加入盐,倒入笔管面煮至软(大概15至20分钟,捞颗来咬咬吧!)
2。捞起笔管面放在冷水里泡一泡,再捞起倒少许橄榄油,拌匀即可。
把浓浓的杂蔬番茄酱淋在笔管面上,美味又营养的一餐准备好咯!
Tips:
1.无糖可可粉可以为浓醬带来微微的苦和加深美丽的红色,建议一定要加!
2。如果不喜欢猪肉碎可用牛肉碎替换,一样美味!
