面包布丁 Bread pudding

面包布丁这甜点很奇妙。。。喜欢的人很喜欢,不喜欢的人则觉得它湿答答,软绵绵地,难以入口。

面包布丁可说是学烘焙的入门课程之一,成功率近乎百分之百。家里有吃不完的面包,可以考虑做成面包布丁,热乎乎的拿来当早餐非常不错哟~~

 

材料:
白面包  3片
鸡蛋  2粒
牛奶  235ml
糖  50g
黑葡萄干  40g
牛油  2茶匙
肉桂粉  1茶匙

做法:
  1. 黑葡萄干在清水中浸1小时,沥干备用。葡萄干吸收了水分,在烘焙的过程中才不会被烤焦而变得苦涩。
  2. 烤箱预热到170度C。
  3. 面包用手撕成小片,随意摆放在容器中(一片面包大约可以撕成7-8小片)。
  4. 每铺完一片面包,就在面包上放少许牛油,和撒上葡萄干。
  5. 重复步骤3-4于第二和第三片面包,唯最后一层面包后就不需要放葡萄干了,要不然烤焦了不好吃。
  6. 在大碗里面把鸡蛋,糖,牛奶和肉桂粉混合,用汤匙浇在面包上,要确保每一片面包都沾有蛋液。
  7. 在烤箱中烤45分钟,又香又甜的面包布丁就可以出炉了!
小贴士:
  1. 叠好的面包大约占容器高度的80%就好。烘的过程中面包会膨胀,放得太满的话会溢出来。
  2. 刚出炉的面包布丁胀鼓鼓的,但是因为蛋液的缘故所以很快就会往下沉,最后会变成下图这样,这是正常的~
