懒人版豆豉鲮鱼蒸排骨 Steamed pork ribs with dace and salted black beans
罐头豆豉鲮鱼很多人都吃过。阿七常在想,罐头里的豆豉太多太咸,吃不完要丢弃又好像有点浪费,可不可以用作其他用途呢?于是上网一找之下,发现很多人都利用豆豉鲮鱼去配搭另外一些食材,来做出一个新的菜色。这样一来可以中和豆豉的咸味,也多了一份新鲜感。
其中一个最让我感兴趣的就是豆豉鲮鱼蒸排骨。感觉上这就是简易版的豉汁蒸排骨,材料非常简单,味道不错之余又下饭。对于忙碌的上班族来说,这一道能在30分钟之内准备好的料理,总好过吃外面重油重味精的食物吧。。。
材料:
排骨 2支
薯粉 1茶匙
蒜头 半粒
豆豉(取自罐头豆豉鲮鱼) 3茶匙
鲮鱼(取自罐头豆豉鲮鱼) 1片
做法:
蒜头切成蒜米,连同豆豉和薯粉,一起和排骨拌匀。
鲮鱼撕成小片,铺在排骨上。
用大火蒸20分钟就可以了。如果电饭锅有蒸笼的话,也可以放在蒸笼和饭一起煮。
