蒜香咖哩煎猪柳 Pan fried garlic curry pork slice
这么重口味的菜式其实很少会出现在我家的餐桌上。这一次是因为想要用掉剩下的咖哩粉,才会做这个蒜香咖哩煎猪柳。效果很不错,让人白饭一口接一口。而且这道菜很适合下班后要以短时间煮出晚餐的朋友,只需要事先腌制好猪柳,下班回家直接丢进锅里煎就行了,10分钟做好一道菜,没问题!
材料:
猪里脊肉(梅肉) 1条
油 少许
腌料:
盐 1/2茶匙
胡椒粉 1/3茶匙
生粉 2茶匙
咖哩粉 2茶匙
料酒 1茶匙
味淋 1茶匙
鸡精粉 1/2茶匙
蒜头 5瓣(切成蒜米)
做法:
猪里脊肉切成薄片,用腌料腌制大约3小时。
烧热少许油,把肉片两面煎成金黄色就可以了。
