酒香木耳红枣蒸鸡 Rice wine steamed chicken with black fungus & red dates
蒸鸡的时候我总喜欢加上一些酒,让鸡肉吃起来带一点淡淡的酒香。今天的酒香木耳红枣蒸鸡,因为加了木耳,所以口感带点脆脆的,红枣的甜和米酒的香,一整个就是香得不得了。
材料:
大鸡腿 2只(切块)
木耳 3朵
红枣 7-8颗
腌料:
米酒 2茶匙
盐 1茶匙
胡椒粉 1/2茶匙
做法:
鸡腿洗净切块后,用腌料腌制三小时。
木耳和红枣用水泡软, 木耳切丝,红枣切半去核备用。
把木耳和红枣铺在鸡块上面,放入锅里蒸熟即可。
