黑胡椒炒鸡柳 Stir fried black pepper chicken
一听到黑胡椒鸡总会让人联想到西式的黑胡椒鸡扒,不过我今天做的却是属于中式的黑胡椒鸡。加上洋葱和青葱,增添了香味之余,也多了一些爽脆的口感。
材料:
鸡胸肉 1块
洋葱 1颗
青葱 2棵
酱油
蒜头 2瓣(切成蒜米)
姜片 3-4片
油 少许
腌料:
糖 1/2茶匙
酱油 1 1/2茶匙
生粉 1茶匙
料酒 1茶匙
味醂 1茶匙
鸡精粉 1/2茶匙
黑胡椒 2茶匙
做法:
鸡胸肉洗净后切成条状,用腌料腌制3小时。
青葱切段,洋葱切小片备用。
烧热少许油,把蒜米、姜片和青葱(白色部分)爆香。
放入腌制好的鸡肉翻炒至半熟后加入洋葱拌炒,然后用酱油调味。
鸡肉熟透后加入青葱(青色部分)翻炒一下即可上桌。
