豉椒肉片 Pork with capsicum and bean paste
本来想好好地用豆豉青椒煮个豉椒肉片,怎么知道青椒没买到,豆豉也找不着,只好用红椒做个改良版的豉椒肉片。幸好出来的效果也不差,最近是迷上了灯笼辣椒的味道,虽然我不吃灯笼辣椒,但是配合肉类一起炒,那味道确实出奇的赞!
材料:
猪里脊(梅肉) 300g
红椒 1粒
洋葱 1粒
豆瓣酱 2茶匙
蒜米 3瓣
糖 1/2茶匙
做法:
把猪里脊肉切片,用豆瓣酱腌制至少半小时。
红椒和洋葱切块备用。
把蒜米爆香,放入腌制过的猪里脊肉翻炒。
等肉大约七分熟的时候,放入红椒和洋葱。
加入糖一起炒至肉和红椒熟透即可。
