每一次驾车上云顶高原经过 Gohtong Jaya 的时候,都会有想要到路旁的益记酒家试他们的榴莲甜品的念头。益记酒家很常出现在美食节目当中,自家制的独门榴莲甜品远近驰名。我虽然对榴莲还不至于是很疯狂的喜欢,但是用榴莲制成的甜品我还是很有兴趣。
我们点了其中三款的人气榴莲甜品, 包括榴莲班戟,榴莲炸弹和榴莲蛋塔。
榴莲班戟是从冰箱拿出来直接上桌的。薄薄的外皮裹着忌廉和榴莲馅,很香滑。榴莲味并不太重,适合不喜欢太重口味的朋友。
榴莲炸弹是店里主打的榴莲甜品,每一颗像乒乓球般大小。炸得酥脆的饼皮,里面包着还温热的榴莲馅。我个人觉得内馅有点太甜,榴莲本身就带有很浓的香甜味,再加上糖来做成的榴莲馅,味道有点像 dodol 那样浓。
最后送上的榴莲蛋塔,外层是香酥的塔皮,里面是榴莲肉和蛋汁的结合,很香很滑。吃下去满嘴的榴莲香,这个我喜欢!
喜欢榴莲的朋友,下次去云顶高原的途中可以停留在这里,享用一顿不一样的下午茶再上路哦!
