【Day 2】 11/9/2013, 11:30pm - Dewi Agrowisata
离开了 Kintamani,依照我定的行程表是要去一窥猫屎咖啡的制作过程。因为网上也没看到有人推荐哪一家的比较好,而且对路线不太熟悉,所以我就让司机大哥带我们到顺路的咖啡园去,反正试过的人都分不出差别在哪里。
司机大哥把我们带到路旁的 Dewi Agrowisata,园里的负责人出来迎接我们,并一路为我们介绍园子里栽种的各种植物,除了咖啡豆,这里还有很多难得一见的香料例如香草和黄姜等等。下图中的红色颗粒就是新鲜的咖啡豆... 咦?咖啡不是一大颗黄色像木瓜的果子吗?噢~~~那个叫可可... 呵呵
来这里的主要目的就是为了被誉为世界上最名贵的咖啡 - Kopi luwak,我们称之为猫屎咖啡。而它,就是今天的主角 - 麝香貓。这家伙的工作就只是吃和拉,传说麝香貓只会挑最上等的咖啡豆来吃,然后经过胃里的酵素分解后再拉出来,洗净晒干后炒香就是珍贵的猫屎咖啡啦~~ 不过后来听说这些麝香貓其实受到很不人道的对待,怪可怜的~

就是它了,这些洗净后的猫屎咖啡,非但没有异味,还飘着一阵咖啡香呢!有些人对这咖啡还是有些抗拒,阿七我本着大无畏的精神,说什么也一定要试一试,人生才会无憾嘛!
园子里的一角有一位伯伯在为参观者示范炒咖啡豆,负责人还说有兴趣的话可以到里面试试炒豆和把咖啡豆捣成咖啡粉。这位伯伯很显然只是临时演员,当我们走远后,他就不见踪影了。
介绍完毕,负责人问我们有没有兴趣试一试他们家的 kopi luwak。笑话!不试的话我进来干吗?说罢她就端上他们出品的各种不同口味的饮料让我们试喝,还附上炸香蕉当小吃。这些都是免费的,除了猫屎咖啡需要付费 Rp50,000 一杯。浅尝一口,我觉得 kopi luwak 挺香浓,不带苦味和酸味。我不是咖啡的忠实粉丝,这杯没有添加任何糖和奶的咖啡我还是觉得怪怪的,可是负责人说这样才能真正品尝到它的香醇,我是不太会欣赏啦~倒是他们的香茅茶我觉得还不错!

试过咖啡后,当然免不了会被带到他们的店里。同行的人当中没有咖啡爱好者,而且小小包的猫屎咖啡就要 Rp250,000 这么贵,所以逛了一下就空着手出来了。负责人见我们没买什么,不但没有黑脸,还面带笑容地送我们离开。是嘛~这样的服务态度才对啊!
