小时候的味道 - 生蛋捞饭 Egg rice
阿七是个标准的鸡蛋控,一天里没吃到鸡蛋总是觉得有什么不对劲似的。记得小时候,每当桌上的菜肴不合胃口,我都会要求妈妈做这个生蛋捞饭。这简单的美味,不需要别的菜肴,也足以让我吃上一大碗饭呢!
材料(2人份):
白饭 2碗
鸡蛋 2粒
奶油 1茶匙
酱油 2茶匙
做法:
鸡蛋打在大碗中,然后用刚煮好的白饭覆盖在上面。
奶油放在白饭上,让白饭的余温把奶油融化和将鸡蛋热成半熟状态(大约20分钟)。
淋上酱油,把饭拌匀就可以了。
