三色杂蔬炒鸡丁 Stir fried mixed vegetable with chicken breast
这一道菜是我从一个男生那里学的。话说阿七在外公干的时候和大伙儿一起准备晚餐,其中一位厨艺了得的男生煮了这道菜。阿七不吃甜椒,可是觉得这道菜这样搭配起来还挺不错的。
材料:
鸡胸肉 350g
青甜椒 1个
洋葱 1个
红萝卜 1条
油 少许
酱油 3茶匙
蚝油 2茶匙
胡椒粉 1茶匙
蒜头 3瓣
做法:
鸡胸肉切丁,用酱油、蚝油和胡椒粉腌制过夜。
洋葱、甜椒和红萝卜切丝备用。
蒜头剁成蒜蓉,用少许油爆香后放入鸡丁翻炒。
鸡丁炒得八分熟的时候,加入洋葱、甜椒和红萝卜丝一起翻炒。
用少许蚝油调味。
有肉有菜,一道料理就搞定,这是阿七在忙碌的时候最爱弄的一道菜啦~~
